Parsonsburg, Maryland is an unincorporated community situated in Wicomico County. According to the United States Census Bureau, Parsonsburg had a population of approximately 339 in 2010. Parsonsburg is part of the Salisbury Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Eastern Shore region of Maryland.

Parsonsburg is located within a short distance of Wicomico Demonstration State Forest.
